Shipping policy
At CAZ Studio, our goal is to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of all orders worldwide. Our warehouse is located in London, enabling us to ship globally. We strive to dispatch your order within 24 hours during regular business days.
All deliveries are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
UK Standard Delivery is expected within 3 - 5 working days.
Orders above £300 - Free
Orders below £300 - £7
Express delivery within the UK: £10 flat fee, expected within 1-2 days
Next Day Delivery may not be available during the promotional, sale and holiday periods.

Europe (excluding Norway and Switzerland): £15 for one item, £25 for multiple items
Norway, Switzerland, and rest of the world: £25 flat fee
Import duty and local sales taxes for EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer
US Delivery:
Express delivery to the US: £25
Import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
Up to $800 spending in the US does not incur import duty or tax
Please be aware that import duties are typically applied when the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies vary from country to country.
We prioritise the safety and timely arrival of your orders. We primarily use DPD Express delivery for shipping. However, if DPD does not provide service in your country, we will partner with other reliable courier services. In some cases, for areas listed as remote by DPD, we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery. For further details, please refer to the DPD website.

Delays
Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as possible. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Please also note that your order can get randomly selected by UK Customs and Border Protection. If so, your courier company will get in touch with you. Please note that these checks are outside our control and can imply that your order will be delivered slightly later than originally quoted.
Taxes and duties within the UK
We ship on a DDP basis to the UK, which means that all relevant taxes and duties will be included in your final purchase price. For orders to the rest of the world, local taxes and duties may apply. Please contact your local custom institution for more information.
EU Returns
Our returns EU policy remains the same and you will not be liable for any import duties or VAT on all items being returned to us in the UK.
